QARGO SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope of Services Qargo operates as an on-demand transportation technology aggregator. We provide a digital platform that connects users with logistics services. Qargo does not sell, stock, or ship physical retail products to its users. 2. Digital Fulfillment Instant Access: As our services are digital, "delivery" refers to the provisioning of platform access. Onboarding: Access to the Qargo platform (including account activation and login credentials) is typically provisioned electronically immediately upon successful registration and payment formalities. No Physical Shipping: Because no physical products are sold by Qargo, there are no shipping charges, courier partners, or physical delivery timelines applicable to our platform fees. 3. Logistics Service Fulfillment Service Nature: When a user books a vehicle via the platform, the "delivery" refers to the completion of the transportation service by the Kadam Member (Driver). Tracking: Real-time tracking of the logistics service is available within the Qargo App as per the Karnataka On-demand Transportation Technology Aggregators Rules, 2016. 4. Governing Terms Precedence: This policy is supplementary to our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the main Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Service Levels: Specific commitments regarding platform uptime and service availability are detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). 5. Policy Updates Qargo reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our service model or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be effective immediately upon being posted on our official website or app.
