Qargo Refunds Policy 1. Scope This Refunds Policy applies to subscription fees and other charges paid directly to Qargo for access to Qargo services.

It should be read together with Qargo’s Terms and Conditions, which prevail in case of any inconsistency.

2. General Principle Qargo aims for fair, transparent refunds that balance customer satisfaction with sustainable operations. Unless expressly stated in this policy or in a written agreement with you, all fees are non‑refundable.

3. Free Trials and Evaluations Where Qargo offers a free trial or evaluation, you can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

Once the trial converts into a paid subscription and the first payment is processed, this Refunds Policy applies.

4. Monthly Subscriptions Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will not be charged from the next billing cycle Payments already made for the current billing period are non‑refundable, except where required by law or where Qargo approves a goodwill refund at its sole discretion.

5. Annual and Multi‑Month Subscriptions If you cancel an annual or multi‑month subscription within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal date, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee for that term, provided you have not materially breached the Terms and Conditions

After this 14‑day period, no refunds are provided for unused months; your access will continue until the end of the paid term, unless terminated earlier under the Terms and Conditions.

6. Refunds Where Qargo Is at Fault If Qargo terminates your subscription due to Qargo’s material breach of the agreement, you will be entitled to a pro‑rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining unused portion of the term.

Where Qargo experiences a sustained, critical service failure that materially impacts your ability to use the core service for more than a defined period (for example, more than 72 consecutive hours, excluding scheduled maintenance), Qargo may offer service credits or partial refunds at its reasonable discretion.

7. No Refunds Where Customer Is at Fault If your subscription is suspended or terminated due to your breach of the Terms and Conditions (including non‑payment, misuse, or violation of acceptable use), no refund or credit will be provided for any remaining portion of the subscription term.

Chargebacks raised without first contacting Qargo to resolve an issue may be treated as a breach and can result in immediate suspension of services.

8. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, you must contact Qargo Support in writing (via the support email or ticketing system specified on our website) and provide your account details, invoice/transaction reference, and a brief description of the reason for your request.

Unless otherwise stated in your contract, you must submit your refund request within 7 days of the relevant charge or event giving rise to the request.

9. Processing of Approved Refunds If your refund is approved, Qargo will process it to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank or payment processor’s timelines.

Qargo may, at its discretion, offer account credits instead of cash refunds, particularly for partial periods or service‑level adjustments.

10. Third‑Party Purchases If you purchased Qargo services through a reseller, marketplace, or other third‑party platform (for example, app marketplaces or bundled offers), that third party’s refund policy may apply and refunds may need to be requested directly from them.

Qargo is not responsible for any decisions made by such third parties regarding refunds.

11. Changes to This Policy Qargo may update this Refunds Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or service offerings.

The latest version will always be available on Qargo’s website and will apply from the date it is posted.
